I did something smilar to this for Erin's 10th birthday party (alice in wonderland).For the “Drink me I use NIK-L-NIP(a wax bottle with sugar candy inside, find them in candy shops). The “eat me” Gracie's and hayley's mom made little cup cakes and I put tooth picks, with “eat me” sickers, on them.Every one loved it!
